The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK, the Juche Idea Study Group of England and the UK Korean Friendship Association today issued a statement in support of the answer given by the DPRK Foreign Ministry titled "U.S. Will Face DPRK's Toughest Counteraction" :
The US is contuining unabated with its "human rights " nonsense against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. It was clear from the very beginning that the US plans to use the so-called "human rights " issue as a lever (more like a battering ram these days ) to destroy the socialist system of the DPRK. As the DPRK Foreign Ministry pointed out "The U.S. Department of State announced a detailed standard to provide funds to the anti-DPRK "human rights" organizations and the U.S. Congress adopted a "bill" calling on the administrator of the U.S. State Intelligence Agency and the U.S. secretary of State to spy on the internal affairs of the DPRK and gather information critical of it, becoming all the more undisguised in their moves to escalate confrontation with the latter over "human rights". This shows that the US imperialists are stepping up two- fold and three-fold their efforts to effect regime change resulting in the overthrow of the people-centred socialist sytem and colonise the northern half of Korea !
These actions negate previous agreements made at the 6 party talks on the DPRK nuclear issue which means that the DPRK is not bound to respect any agreements made and instead will duly step up its nuclear deterrence in order to combat the threat to its sovereignty posed by the US imperialists and their allies.
The US imperialists have based their case on lies told by so-called 'defectors ' despite the fact that such people have been proved to be liars time and time again and have even been denounced by their own relatives back in the DPRK.
It is the US that needs to answer for human rigths violations such as torture , secret CIA jails, rendition and
the racist violence of the US police.
We support the just stand of the DPRK to take the toughest counter-action against the US !
