The ASSPUK , JISGE and UK KFA issued the following commentary on the trial
and sentence of Miller Matthew Todd in the DPRK;
         Today (the 14th of September) one Miller Matthew Todd was sentenced to 6 years hard labour in by the Supreme Court of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
                          Todd was given a fair trial . He was tried by a judge and people's assessors who were elected by the people. He was given the right to a defence counsel free of charge but refused it. Todd had admitted his crimes.

   The trial and verdict show the DPRK is carrying out the anti-imperialist struggle, the class struggle and resolutely punishing spies and provocateurs . It is people's justice and working class justice to punish these agents of imperialism.
