The DPRK now has 310 universities . Probably one of the highest numbers
in the whole world. This means that roughly that is is 1 university per
75,000 people. The UK has 109 universities or 248 universities if you
include higher education institutions not accredited with university
status. Thus the DPRK is amongst the developed countries in terms of
education.
