The Munsu Water Park is provided with a swimming pool for children and children’s parks are all installed with swings for toddlers.

Amusement apparatuses for children can be found in the indoor relaxation ground of Kim Il Sung University lecturers’ apartments that are sky scraping.

Children foster their courage on pony’s back in the indoor riding-drill ground of the Mirim Riding Club and in the Masikryong Ski Resort campers glide along the elementary and intermediate tracks.

Every structure should reflect the dream and ideal of the younger generation, the future of the nation.

Every inside decoration should help children grow the fervent feelings of love for the country in their minds and harbor an ambition to lead the world.

Those are the standard of creation of Marshal Kim Jong Un who ushers in a new heyday of architecture with a noble outlook on posterity and his new world of aesthetics.

Under his leadership the DPRK will great a brighter and rosier future.

Great Citizen

President Kim Il Sung founded the DPRK on September 9, Juche 37(1948).

Since then the Korean people have been freely participating in all fields of state administration and the exercise of sovereignty with a pride of being citizens of the Republic.

Kim Il Sung who bestowed the genuine honor of citizen of the Republic on the Korean people had a higher degree of consciousness of citizenship than anybody else.

The following happened on the morning of the day of elections of deputies to the 3^rd Supreme People’s Assembly of the DPRK.

Leaving home to go to a polling station, Kim Il Sung suddenly stopped to ascertain whether he was carrying his citizenship card with him.

The official accompanying him said it would not matter if he did not carry his citizenship card with him.

He had thought that there would be no problem even if the President did not carry his citizenship card with him because he was the head of state held in high esteem by all people of the country.

Reading his mind, Kim Il Sung said;

“Citizenship card is a voucher of citizen of the Republic. So everybody should carry his citizenship card with him when going to a polling station to elect deputies. I am also a citizen of the Republic as all of you are.”

At this official could not repress excitement.

He found the noble traits of the President who was regarding not only pride, but duties and self-consciousness as the mission of citizen.

President Kim Il Sung was indeed a great citizen who kept the title of citizen of the Republic in his heart.

Acknowledgement of Church Leader

“Why didn’t you, the Reverend, deliver Bibles in Korea?”
The question was put by a reporter to the Reverend Billy Graham, American church leader who was called the boss of conservatives of the world religious circles after the latter visited Pyongyang.
Billy Graham answered:
“I feel no necessity to preach in Korea. Books of Bible are all containing the will of God to love human beings. But human love is a national policy in that country. Believing in the people as in Heaven, President Kim Il Sung practices state polices such as free education, free medical care, and responsibility for food, clothing and housing. The Korean people support him as Heaven. Who needs a book of Bible in such a country?”
The reply was not accidental for a pastor who preaches religious doctrine as his mission.
The DPRK, as he saw, was a world of people which embodies the Juche Idea that puts forward as the motive force of history and heavenly beings the people who had been only the object of exploitation and oppression.
This country is called the People’s Republic, its power the people’s power and its army the People’s Army.
Monumental edifices such as Grand People’s Study House, People’s Palace of Culture, People’s Theatre, People’s Hospital and the most honorable titles such as People’s Teacher and People’s Artist are all named after people.
“The people are my God” or believing in people as in Heaven is a favorite theory and motto of President Kim Il Sung. It is also a basic ideal of the Party and state building in the DPRK.
Kim Il Sung in his lifetime said if he had any hobby, it was going among the people and listening to them, and the people are the most admirable teachers.
With this point of view Kim Il Sung in an advanced age of 80 toured factories and rural villages without let-up, devoting his all for the welfare of people.
From the days of building a new Korea after liberation till the last period of his life he toured as long as over 578 000km, equal to 14.5 rounds of the earth.
The period includes Sundays, holidays and his birthdays, over 2 530 days in all.
The figures tell of the life of the President who dedicated all his painstaking efforts for the people with the conception of “The people are my God” as his lifelong motto and became the father of a large family of the nation.
The Korean people reverentially called him “father leader” rather than the President.
It was an irrepressible eruption of their hearty feelings.
They believed in President Kim Il Sung as in Heaven and spoke highly of him as human sun amid the admiration of the world people.
President Kim Il Sung who devoted his whole life for the welfare of the Korean people will be alive in their hearts as their eternal leader.

How Western "docu-dramas" about the DPRK are being made.

 

A couple of years ago, during our trip to the DPRK, there was a man in our group called David Kinsella, a documentary filmmaker from Northern Ireland who has lived in Norway for the last 20 years.

 

What Mr. Kinsella was actually doing in the DPRK and what plans he had for his stay in that land, I already have described in my sketch "Red-red, freckled ..." (see English translation attached), so I will not repeat myself here.

 

And here’s what happened after.

 

After the Korean comrades scrutinized more closely the "portfolio" of Mr. Kinsella, including his "masterpieces" such as "Killing Girls" and "Beautiful Tragedy", he never got permission to shoot his new film in the DPRK. But it did not stop him from making another libelous piece of "work", especially since he already had some film and photo materials taken in the DPRK during his trip as a tourist. He is hoping that they will be enough to give his future creation a certain degree of plausibility.

 

But in reality, his movie "The Wall", much touted as an " unprecedented film production in North Korea and Northern Ireland. Here are a few pictures of his future "masterpiece" (in the attachment), and the first lines of the so-called "script" which Kinsella already started to pen back in Pyongyang (in between countless pints of beer at the hotel). His co-writer, Dutchman Klaas Bense,  as far as I know, has never even visited the DPRK.

 

Kinsella had no qualms about the lie that the shooting of his film took place in North Korea, where men supposedly even "blocked the main street in Pyongyang early in the morning" for the shoot.

 

 

 

But then he blurts out the truth on his Facebook page: "Location scouting in Belfast and casting for "The WALL" We turn Belfast into "North Korea" (https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10152292067955039&set=pb.573835038.-2207520000.1409390997.&type=3&theatre).

 

Funds for his trip to the DPRK and for production costs were provided by the Norwegian Film Institute, that is, a public institution of that Scandinavian country.

 

 According to Kinsella, it is "the second film of my trilogy on EVIL" (in capital letters, as in the original).

 

Do we need to say more, in order to understand what he is being paid for?

 

"In ‘The Wall’ we learn to take our own decisions and believe what we see and not what others tell us to see, " - that is the theme of this fabricated tale, in which we are told to believe that life in a Northern Irish ghetto, where people live like this:

- which I see with my own eyes every day! -, is akin to life in the DPRK, where people have no idea of  what unemployment, drug addiction, sectarian murder, and child alcoholism are.

British Plan for Producing Anti-DPRK Movie under Fire

    Pyongyang, August 31 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the Policy Department of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK issued the following statement on Sunday:
    Recently the British 4th TV channel producers openly made public a plan for producing and airing a serial TV drama-style movie malignantly slandering the DPRK.
    The movie is nothing but a conspiratorial charade painting a wrong picture of the DPRK's reality as it is based on a sheer lie intended to give impression that the DPRK's nuclear treasured sword for self-defence was manufactured by "illegally acquiring" nuclear technology from Britain.
    The broadcasting service is blustering without hesitation that the purpose of the movie is to tell the world that the DPRK is the "most closed country on the earth" and the "biggest threat" to the Western world.
    No matter how desperately the producers of the above-said TV channel, hooligans and rogues under the guise of artistes, may work to falsify the reality, they can never hide the truth.
    The DPRK's nuclear treasured sword for self-defence is the proud fruition of the defense industry in the era of Songun based on its own efforts, technology and resources from A to Z.
    The Juche-oriented nuclear power of the DPRK which is on the ultra-modern world level is so powerful and tremendous that no one can imagine.
    The U.S., a master hand at plots and fabrications, dares not deny this hard fact.
    Those who are talking about "illegal acquisition of nuclear technology" are no more than blind fools and idiots bereft of even elementary ability to discern the truth.
    The gravity of the situation lies in that this despicable burlesque is being orchestrated at the tacit connivance, patronage and instigation by "Downing Street".
    This mud-slinging is a premeditated politically-motivated provocation and deliberate hostile act to hurt the dignity of the supreme leadership and tarnish the sovereign authority of the DPRK and its international image.
    It is not exaggeration to say that Britain is the country with inborn disposition of blindly copying the American-style diplomacy.
    This is evidenced by the fact that when a movie company of Hollywood distributed a preview of a reactionary movie peppered with the story hurting the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK after producing it, the British broadcasting service deliberately used it for staging such charade.
    The British authorities should not forget even a moment the lesson drawn from the incident in which that it was sentenced to permanent death because of "poems of evil" which groundlessly slandered a country in the Mideast in the past.
    Reckless anti-DPRK hysteria would only bring disgrace and self-destruction.
    The British authorities should throw reactionary movies now being planned or in the process of production into a dumping ground without delay and punish the chief culprits.
    This would help prevent any hurt to the image of the UK and preserve the hard-won diplomatic relations between the DPRK and Britain.
    It would be well advised to judge itself what consequences would be entailed if it ignores the DPRK's warning. -0-

Greeting the 45^th birthday of the AINDF, I extend my heartfelt thanks to President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il who indicated the path of reunification revolution with the Juche idea and led the AINDF to victory.

Looking back upon the past, the forty-five history of the AINDF was the days under the warm love and care of the President and the Chairman.

Words fail to describe paternal love shown by the President and the Chairman who taught us tactics and ways of struggle. 

Thanks to their unlimited love and trust, the AINDF has expanded the ranks, awaked and mobilized the masses thus has performed its mission as a vanguard organization.

It is our unbending faith to accelerate the revolutionary movement bearing deep in mind great national pride and fortune of having President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il as the eternal sun of Juche and Marshal Kim Jong Un as the leader of the nation.

The current situation requests the youth to take a vigorous action for the movement for independence, democracy and reunification in the van.

Internet Kuguk Chonson, the voice of the AINDF, enlightens us and teaches plan to meet the needs of the times.

The Kuguk Chonson, which inspires us and suggests correct way of the struggle, is a propagator of the truth, good companion, adviser and assistant.  

I will always incline my ears to the voice of the AINDF and devote my energy to the movement for independence against the US and against fascism, and reunification indicated by it.

S. Korean Authorities Denounced for Abusing Olympic Idea for Their Sinister Political Purpose

 Pyongyang, August 30 (KCNA) -- The spokesman for the DPRK Olympic Committee Friday released a statement assailing the south Korean authorities for abusing sacred sports and cultural exchange for their sinister political purpose and confrontation with the fellow countrymen.
    As reported, the DPRK Olympic Committee re-clarified its decision not to send a cheerleading squad to the 17th Asian Games due to the south Korean authorities' wrong attitude.
    Much upset by strong public protest and denunciation at home and abroad, the south Korean puppet forces let a spokesman for the Ministry of Unification shamelessly express "regret", "twisted assertion" and the like, the statement said, and went on:
    The DPRK delegation had already notified formally those concerned of the Asian Games Organizing Committee and those concerned of the puppet authorities of this decision. However, they feigned ignorance of this and when the fact was brought to light, they are working hard to mislead public opinion by creating impression that the notice of the DPRK was an unofficial one, talking about "verbal mention."
    As already known, the DPRK formally announced its decision to send to the 17th Asian Games slated to take place in Inchon, south Korea the players group and a large cheerleading squad of 350 persons and stepped up the preparations for it.
    As soon as the DPRK made public its decision to send the cheerleading squad, the south Korean puppet authorities and conservative forces let loose such sheer sophism as "it is a group for political operation in the south", "it is a group for political propaganda from the Workers' Party of Korea" and "it will create discord in the south" and slandered it with such unspeakable vitriol as "double-dealing tactics of reconciliation and war" and "strategy of using beauties."
    Thrown into consternation by the great sensation created in south Korea by the news of the dispatch of the DPRK's cheerleading squad, the puppet forces let their paid trumpeters run the whole gamut of invectives that south Korean public attention would focus on the cheerleading squad and then it would be like putting the cart before the horse.
    The puppet authorities' wrong attitude towards the DPRK's decision to send the cheerleading squad found a clearer manifestation at the north-south working-level talks held on July 17 for its participation in the 17th Asian Games.
    The DPRK was compelled to give up the decision to send the cheerleading squad as they desperately decried its decision, far from rejoicing over and welcoming its sincerity.
    The above-said facts go to clearly prove that the south Korean puppet forces are abusing sacred sports and cultural exchange for their sinister political purpose and confrontation with the fellow countrymen and are chiefly to blame for blocking national reconciliation and unity and the process to improve the north-south relations.
    With no subterfuge can the puppet forces justify their action taken for barring the cheerleading squad of the DPRK from taking part in the Inchon Asian Games. -0-

North-targeted War Maneuvers Should Not Be Repeated Any Longer: Spokesman for CPRK

 Pyongyang, August 29 (KCNA) -- The U.S. and south Korean authorities staged the provocative Ulji Freedom Guardian war maneuvers against the north for more than ten days since August 18, driving the situation on the Korean peninsula and the inter-Korean relations into the worst phase.
    The spokesman for the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea (CPRK) in a statement issued on Friday said that UFG was the most dangerous nuclear war maneuvers for invading the north, to which the "tailored deterrence strategy" aimed to make a preemptive nuclear strike at the DPRK was applied for the first time.
    The statement said:
    The south Korean authorities talked about dialogue but, in actuality, more frantically staged nuclear war maneuvers against the DPRK, revealing themselves the fact that "dialogue", "confidence" and the like touted by them are nothing but a smokescreen to divert elsewhere the public attention and conceal their belligerent nature.
    They talked about dialogue while staging the frantic war maneuvers against the DPRK in league with the U.S. imperialists. This was an unbearable mockery of the other party and unpardonable hypocrisy towards public opinions at home and abroad.
    The reality goes to clearly prove that the military exercises staged by the puppet forces together with the U.S. are the basic factor of disturbing the peace and stability on the Korean peninsula and blocking any process for improving the north-south relations and north-south dialogue.
    The vicious cycle in which the north-south relations are driven into a catastrophe due to the war maneuvers kicked off by the puppet warmongers every year together with the U.S. should not be repeated any longer.
    The south Korean authorities should properly clarify their stance of whether they stand for dialogue or confrontation, peace or war. -0-

DPRK leads the world in education

The DPRK now has 310 universities . Probably one of the highest numbers in the whole world. This means that roughly that is is 1 university per 75,000 people. The UK has 109 universities or 248 universities if you include higher education institutions not accredited with university status. Thus the DPRK is amongst the developed countries in terms of education.

Today the AINDF marks its 45th birthday at a time when the Korean nation launches a dynamic drive to open up a new turning point for independent reunification, shattering frantic challenge of the anti-reunification elements within and without.        

The vanguard fighters and patriotic people of south Korea, on the basis of prevailed situation and past experience of the struggle, proclaimed the foundation of the Reunification Revolutionary Party (RRP), on August 1969, revolutionary party of a new type, guided by the immortal Juche idea. 

Thanks to the foundation of the RRP, the south Korean people have had its genuine guide and reliable political staff to greet a new historical turning point advancing with correct target and scientific strategy and tactics, breaking with checkered past of the revolution.  

The forty-five history of the RRP was the proud annals during which the driving force of the revolution has been consolidated under the banner of the Juche idea and Songun idea and by dint of it, it has propelled the movement for independence, democracy and reunification.

In the past, the AINDF founded the party and has conducted its activities to meet the requirements of the Juche in ideology, theory and method so that the revolutionaries became vanguard fighter of reunification revolution with an outlook on the leader. It has rallied the masses of different strata aspiring after anti-imperialism, national independence and democracy behind it by concentrating the propaganda on the greatness of the peerless great men of Mt. Paektu, the Juche idea and the Songun idea. 

The AINDF set it as a main political program to put an end to the colonial rule of the US in south Korea and build an independent government and an immediate task to realize democracy against fascism and national reunification. It has successfully performed its mission as the vanguard in the action to smash colonial enslavement policy and the maneuver of the US imperialists and south Korean treacherous clique to perpetuate Korea’s division in each period and stage.     

In particular, it has waged a nationwide drive to hasten independent and peaceful reunification of the country to meet vicious challenge of the anti-reunification element, holding high the banner of by the Korean nation itself in the June 15 reunification era provided by Chairman Kim Jong Il. 

Of late, the AINDF, with great pride of having Kim Jong Un on the highest post of the nation, has pushed ahead the work of inculcating the greatness of the peerless persons in the hearts of the people, thus the public reverence for them is growing stronger. 

It has aroused the people to the struggle for crushing the US and pro-US warlike force’s policy hostile towards north Korea and war provocation. It has informed the people of various circles of the validity of north Korea’s bold steps and proposals for mending inter-Korean relations and created the anti-US and anti-conservatism and national reunification sentiment among the masses by carrying on an active propaganda to reveal the conservative force’s crime against the people, democracy and reunification.  

The AINDF has further enhanced its position as a vanguard of the revolutionary movement for the justness of its cause and remarkable activities and received full support from the south Korean people and the world progressives.   

Today the AINDF is faced with honorable tasks to achieve the cause of independence, democracy and reunification under the leadership of Kim Jong Un, an outstanding leader of the revolutionary cause of Juche and lodestar of Korea’s reunification.   

The AINDF vanguard fighters will devote all their knowledge and energy to reunify the country, the lifelong desire of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il, under the guidance of Kim Jong Un, holding the President and the Chairman as the eternal sun of the Korean nation.  

We, with an inflexible standpoint that Marshal Kim Jong Un represents a reunified prosperous nation, will strengthen the AINDF as the vanguard following only the Marshal and carry through idea and plan of reunification set forth by the Marshal from A to Z in any adversity.  

We will arouse the all the south Koreans to action for foiling the US and pro-US trigger-happy forces’ scheme against reunification and war against north Korea and the conservative group’s policy against democracy and popular masses.

Led by excellent leadership of Kim Jong Un and by dint of the banners of Juche and Songun, the patriotic cause of the AINDF is ever-victorious, though hardships and bottlenecks come up in the road of its activities.  

The AINDF, in the future too, will follow tradition and course recorded with victory and glory under the leadership of peerless great men and accomplish its important mission as the vanguard of the revolution and reunification.

The ASSPUK and Juche Idea Study Group of England issued the following joint
statement on the occasion of the 66th anniversary of the foundation of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea on September 9th;

   The foundation of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea on September 9th 1948 proudly announced to the world the birth of Juche Korea , an independent socialist state with invincible might . The foundation of the DPRK was the first step in the road of Juche-orientated state building and the building of a prosperous powerful nation. The DPRK was founded by the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung as a pure manifestation of the will of the  entire Korean people north and south. The DPRK is the only legitimate state in Korea as it was founded by the will of the Korean people. The DPRK is the fruit of the anti-Japanese armed struggle led by the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung. Under the leadership of the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung the Korean people solved the question of power which is the most pressing question in the revolution .
           The foundation of the DPRK was a powerful inspiration to the oppressed peoples of  of the world ,groaning under imperialist oppression, in their struggle for independence and national liberation. It was also  a great inspiration to the international proletariat advancing towards socialism .
    The DPRK under the wise leadership of the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung fully completed the tasks of the anti-imperialist , anti- feudal democratic revolution in a short space of time and switched over to the socialist revolution proving the validity of the Juche-orientated theory on continuous revolution . The DPRK is not a replica of another country and pursues independent Juche-orientated policies. It is based firmly on the principles of independence, self-sufficiency and self-defence.
                                  Now the DPRK is rapidly developing the economy by relying on  its own resources and in defiance of the sanctions and harsh blockade of the US imperialists and the UN. It has shown it is the most independent state in the world by refusing to bow down before US imperialism.                                                        As the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il said

" Our Republic is an independent socialist State that absolutely maintains its Juche character and thoroughly preserves its national identity in its development and activities.

     The Juche character and national identity are the independence and lifeline of a country, a nation and the masses of the people. The struggle of the masses for independence is waged with the country and nation as a unit, so the party, the government and the masses of each country should conduct the revolution and construction independently and creatively as masters."

                               Under the wise leadership of President Kim Il Sung the DPRK created a people-centred socialist system in which there is no exploitation and oppression . The improvement of the people's living standards is the supreme principle of state activity and this is underpinned by legalisation. The DPRK  introduced free medical and free education. It abolished taxation in 1974. The DPRK is a people's paradise. As the great eternal leader President Kim Il Sung said
"Our people are now enjoying fully independent and creative lives in the embrace of the Republic, as masters of the state and society.
In our country all the people exercise their full rights to indepen­dence through their active participation in the political life of the state. They are adding lustre to their worthwhile lives through their creative struggle to achieve the high aim set by the Party, helping and leading each other forward, closely united on the basis of revo­lutionary constancy and comradeship. All the material and cultural needs, such as food, clothing, and housing, are met by the state, which also provides them with secure jobs according to their abili­ties. They are leading equally happy lives, receiving the benefits of free education, free medical care and so on from the state and soci­ety.
  Today under the leadership of dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un the DPRK  upholds the Songun revolutionary line under the uplifted banner of the Juche idea.  The people are united solidly around the leader and the Party . The DPRK under the leadership of dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un is rushing forward at the new Korean speed towards the height of a thriving socialist country  and national reunification.

Vice-Chairman of DPRK Olympic Committee Refers to Preparations for Asian Games

 Pyongyang, August 29 (KCNA) -- Son Kwang Ho, vice-chairman of the DPRK Olympic Committee, referred to the preparations of the DPRK group of players for the 17th Asian Games, when interviewed by a reporter of the Central Broadcasting Committee of the DPRK on Thursday.
    The 17th Asian Games are slated to take place from September 19 to October 4 in Inchon of south Korea, he said, and went on:
    Despite the bedeviled relations between the north and the south, we decided to send the group of players to the Asian Games for national reconciliation and unity, guided by the Olympic idea of peace and friendship and have stepped up its preparations in real earnest.

Kim Jong Un personally guided matches for examining the men's and women's football of the National Sports Team which will take part in the 17th Asian Games.
    Our players' participation in the 17th Asian Games offers an important occasion in improving the relations between the north and the south and removing distrust between them, he said, stressing the need for the sportspersons of the DPRK to positively contribute to promoting the reconciliation and unity between the fellow countrymen through the games.
    Son Kwang Ho said the DPRK would send the delegation of its Olympic Committee and 150 players, coaches, referees and other necessary persons. Its players will take part in 14 events such as men's and women's football, swimming (synchronized swimming and diving), judo, rowing, shooting, weightlifting, gymnastics, archery, boxing, wrestling, table tennis, canoeing, marathon and karate, Son noted, adding:
    We are taking an active part in the works being under way according to the rules and practice of the Asian Games in the Olympic spirit. The DPRK delegation took part in the drawing for the 17th Asian Games and the international sports scientific symposium held in Inchon recently.
    Referring to the issue of cheerleading squad, Son said:
    We had decided to send a large cheerleading squad in order to cheer our players participating in the Asian Games, improve the inter-Korean relations and promote national reconciliation and unity.
    But the south side openly slandered the decision to send the cheerleading squad, asserting it is a "group for political operation in the south" and "for creating discord in the south". Not content with this, at the north-south working-level talks held in July the south side took issue with the scale of the cheerleading squad and the size of the flag of the DPRK and finally raised even the issue of expenses which the north side had never mentioned, bringing the talks to a rupture.
    As the south side is displeased with the dispatch of our cheerleading squad, we decided not to send it to the 17th Asian Games.
    The DPRK delegation notified those concerned of the Asian Games Organizing Committee and those concerned of the authorities of the south side of this decision when it was participating the drawing for the Asian Games and the international sports scientific symposium held in Inchon from Aug. 20. -0-

Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, guided the actual parachuting and striking drill of paratrooper units of the KPA.

After receiving a report on the plan for the drill on the observation post, he guided it.

The paratroopers who have undergone intensive training, their hearts burning with the resolution to mercilessly wipe out enemies, accurately landed on the designated area.

He expressed great satisfaction, saying they are very good at parachuting and they have strong guts.

The paratroopers have intensified their training the way the anti-Japanese guerrillas did in Mt. Paektu, bearing in mind that they can not expect a victory in their future combat without sweat in the day-to-day trainings. They rapidly went over to their next combat action and thus carried out the order of the Supreme Commander.

Kim Jong Un highly praised them for having successfully conducted the drill by applying the Juche war method and gave instructions to be fulfilled by the KPA to round off the combat preparations.

He said that an army good at fighting would be unimaginable without drills and that if service personnel neglect training even a moment because there is no gunfire of war, they may bring irrevocable consequences in an actual battle. The KPA should make it part of their life and habit to do exercise, he added.

He stressed the need to prepare all service personnel as a-match-for-a-hundred fighters who are always ready for all services by thoroughly carrying out the training-first idea of the party, thinking of battles awake or asleep, while bearing in mind that an exercise means army and training is the first task among a hundred military tasks.

He put forward a new training method and way which would serve as guidelines for preparing service personnel to be capable of satisfactorily performing their combat duties.

He expressed expectation and belief that the service personnel would firmly guarantee the accomplishment of the Juche revolutionary cause and the building of a thriving socialist nation with arms by making sustained great efforts for stepping up the battle preparations and bolstering up the combat capability.

He was accompanied by Hwang Pyong So, Ri Yong Gil, Pyon In Son, O Kum Chol, Ri Pyong Chol, Pang Kwan Bok and Jang Tong Un.

Legal Expert on Poor Human Rights Performance in U.S.

Pyongyang, August 28 (KCNA) -- On August 9, unarmed African-American teenager Michael Brown was shot to death by Officer Darrell Wilson, a white policeman, in Ferguson City, Missouri State, the U.S.
    Such serious racial discrimination in the U.S. sparked off world public uproar.
    In this regard, Chae Mu Jin, a researcher at the Law Institute of the DPRK Academy of Social Sciences, told KCNA:
    Fierce anti-racism protests are now taking place in across the United States over the death of black teenager. The world public termed this catastrophic situation a civil war.
    However, President Obama has taken a carefree attitude toward the case, only expressing "regret."
    His attitude angered the black community and all other people in the world. Protests remain strong in more than 100 cities of the U.S. and police ruthlessly crack down on protesters, leaving some of them wounded.
    But, Obama is still keeping mum about the situation in his country, though he has talked much about other countries' "human rights performance".
    This clearly shows that the U.S. call for "human rights" is no more than propaganda and Obama, its boss, is just a puppet without principle.
    Obama, who has refused even to remain a human being to say nothing of a statesman, slandered the DPRK over "human rights" in cahoots with traitors to the nation during his trip of south Korea.

           The ASSPUK, JISGE and UK Korean Friendship Association today issued a statement in support of the stance of the DPRK Foreign Ministry on the human rights situation in the US;

                      As it was well known the US likes to criticise human rights issues in other countries and act as judge and jury on the issue . However recent events in the US show that it is the US is that is the worst human rights abuser in the world.
                  On the 9th of August an 18 year black man was shot dead by a White police officer in the city of Ferguson , Missouri , Those who protested against this brutal and wantonly racist action were subject to repression by the authorities who mobilised paramilitary style police and even the National, a reserve force of the US Army , to put down the protesters.  The US authorities used tear gas, plastic bullets and live-rounds  against the protesters who had turned out to demand justice. A second black youth was shot dead on the 19th of August. The DPRK Foreign Ministry spokesman correctly described the protests as "an eruption of the pent-up discontent and resistance of the people against racial discrimination and inequality deeply rooted in the American society.".
                                Racism, discrimination and deep inequality predominate in US society. In 2012 17 year old black youth Trayvon Martin was shot dead and his killer was acquitted of murder by the authorities . The  The USA is the home of the racist Ku Klux Klan and has dozens of neo-nazi, fascist and racist parties. The US was built on the genocide of the American Indians and the slavery of the black people.  National minorities in the US live in fear of being shot dead and are subject to constant discrimination in all fields of life.  In the US the 1% oppress the 99% !.
           The US is a graveyard of human rights and the worst human rights abuser in the world. It should not lecture other countries such as the DPRK  about human rights nor should it try and interfere in other countries on the pretext of human rights. KCNA Commentary Terms U.S. Chief Culprit of Counterfeit Notes Printing and Circulation

 Pyongyang, August 26 (KCNA) -- Various U.S. papers on August 14 reported about the disclosure of the biggest-ever counterfeit note case.
    According to them, the U.S. investigation authorities in May this year arrested ten Americans and three Israelis who had printed 100 US dollar notes and circulated them since the 1990s. The bogus notes printed by them reportedly amounted to 77 million U.S. dollars.
    The papers also disclosed that forged notes to the tune of 156 million US dollars were confiscated, 262 illegal mints discovered and 2 668 criminals arrested.
    As seen above, the U.S. is the center for printing counterfeit notes and a prime mover of their circulation.
    It is worth noting that CIA and other government institutions of the U.S. have taken the lead in perpetrating such crimes.
    Some years ago, the German paper Frankfurlter Allgemeine disclosed that CIA had forged notes at a secret print shop in the suburbs of Washington by using the research findings made by experts on counterfeit notes in Europe and Asia and on the basis of the testimonies made by those related to printer manufacturing business. An author of a book about note-fakers and the secret lurking behind bank note printing claimed that such bogus dollar notes are illegally printed at the same time when genuine ones are printed and the forging of such top-class counterfeit notes can be done only by such U.S. government organ as CIA.
    The world community is unanimous in recognizing that the U.S. administration has forged notes for spending a lot of money for secret operations to stamp out freedom and democracy.
    The U.S. administration is the A-class criminal printing counterfeit notes and circulating them. It is, indeed, the most hideous criminal state.
    However, the U.S. is accusing the DPRK of "printing counterfeit notes", a height of impudence.
    In a bid to make its false "story about north's counterfeit notes" sound plausible, the U.S. has floated such false rumors that north Korea has forged US dollar notes by importing equipment and paper from a certain country and ink from a certain country. It even claimed that the above-said story was testified by "defectors from the north" and the "super notes" faked by north Korea are so sophisticated that only ultra-modern note discriminating machine can identify them and criminals and equipment should be handed over to the U.S.
    However, the U.S. has failed to produce evidence proving its assertions. On the contrary, the U.S. public is becoming increasingly vocal expressing suspicions and objections.
    Bolton, former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, and some other hawks in the U.S. confessed that they had no convincing evidence proving "north Korea's forging of notes".
    Even U.S. papers disclosed that the figure 100 on a "north Korea-made super note" was written by special ink which is being supplied only to the Bureau of the Mint under strict control and, moreover, the "witnesses" are all incredible "defectors from the north" and swindlers who had never seen the process of making "bogus US dollars" but only seek to get money by making false testimonies.
    The U.S. investigation authorities formed a group and conducted investigation for almost a year but what it found at last was the fact that "the story about north Korea's counterfeit notes" was incredible.
    All facts go to clearly prove that the "story about the DPRK's involvement in forging notes" is nothing but a conspiratorial charade.
    The disgusting true colors of tricksters who slander others, not knowing where they stand, are bound to be revealed any time.
    Counterfeit notes printing, drug trafficking and other crimes are chronic ills of the U.S. The world public is ridiculing the U.S. for frequently orchestrating such charades in a bid to carry out its hegemonic scenario. -0-

   Pyongyang, August 26 (KCNA) -- The spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry gave the following answer to a question put by KCNA on Tuesday as regards the serious racial discrimination in the U.S. sparking off world public uproar:
    Some days ago, a black teenager was shot to death by a white policeman in Ferguson City, Missouri State, the U.S. and police ruthlessly cracked down on protesters, leveling their rifles at them and firing tear gas and smoke shells. Against this backdrop, there occurred a shuddering incident in another city in which a policeman shot another young black man to death.
    The U.S. is, indeed, a country wantonly violating the human rights where people are subject to discrimination and humiliation due to their races and they are seized with such horror that they do not know when they are shot to death.
    The protests in Ferguson City and other parts of the U.S. are an eruption of the pent-up discontent and resistance of the people against racial discrimination and inequality deeply rooted in the American society.
    The recent cases brought to light the human rights performance in the U.S. and underscored the urgent need to force the U.S. to sit in the dock of a human rights court.
    The U.S. issued every year a report taking issue with "human rights performances" of other countries as if it were an "international human rights judge" but this time suffered disgrace and became a laughing stock of the world owing to what happened in it.
    The U.S. had better honestly accept the unanimous accusations of the broad international community and mind its own business, instead of interfering in the internal affairs of other countries.
    It should not seek solutions to its problem in suppressing demonstrators but bring to light the real picture of the American society, a graveyard of human rights, and have a correct understanding of what the genuine human rights are like and how they should be guaranteed.

Today the ASSPUK and JISGE issued a joint statement on the occasion of the
2nd anniversary of the speech of Marshal Kim Jong Un  "Only Victory and Glory Will Be in Store for Us Who are Advancing under the Unfurled Flag Bearing the Immortal Beaming Images of the Great Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il ";
                         It is now two years since this highly significant speech which was
a manifestation of the will of the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un to reunify Korea.
   In the speech the dear respected leader Marshal Kim Jong Un praised the Songun revolutionary leadership of the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il which had started on August 25th at the Seoul Ryu Kyong Su no 105 tank division of the KPA. He said that August 25th is as important as April 25th the day of the foundation of the KPA.
                         These speech was made not in Pyongyang but in a frontline area the eastern sector of the front. Dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un is not an armchair general but a man of action and great commander who visits frontline areas regardless of the safety of his own life. He visited many front-line units in the face of the enemy sometimes twice or three times.  He gave the order for the KPA to mount a decisive retaliatory strike should even a shell fall on the territory of the DPRK and that the KPA should lead a war for national reunification.
                   In the work the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un referrred to the order he given already . He said
"counter a provocation with a prompt counterattack and a war of aggression with a great, just war for national reunification!' This is our principled stand and steadfast will.
We will not remain an onlooker to the enemies' frantic moves for aggression but make every possible effort to protect the destiny of the country and the nation.
It is the truth proved by history that no force on earth can overpower the people who are all out for the cause of justice.
If another war breaks out on this land due to the U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces' intolerable actions, though we do not want it, the war will only bring a shameless doom to them and our great nation will greet a new bright day of national reunification."

Thus dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un clarified the will of the KPA and Korean people to reunify Korea if the US imperialists and south Korean puppets dare to attack the DPRK. If such a war broke it would become a sacred national reunification war , a war of liberation. 69 years of cruel national division would be over and the south Korean people liberated from the oppression and exploitation of US imperialism . It would be final victory in the anti-US showdown.
This would be a great victory not only for the Korean people but for the entire world revolutionary movement, the anti imperialist independent liberation forces
and international communist movement !

MILITARY FIRST- SONGUN

Imperialism, the Highest Stage of Capitalism, has as one of its features subdue the peoples to exploit its resources, raw materials, its geopolitical location, to dominate and exploit them.

They use every means at their disposal, political, economic means - financial and military. Recent examples of the use of violence and military means, it is the invasion of Iraq and Libya to exploit and take advantage of its oil.

Countries that maintain their independence and not left to submit politically and economically, are in danger of being invaded directly, as they have done in the cases and have tried to do with Syria. What is happening in Gaza is another example and through Israel, the Empire wants to disappear to the Palestinian people and appropriate their wealth, especially gas.

The SONGUN idea has demonstrated its universal historical validity, while imperialism exists, in order to maintain their independence and preserve peace, countries  should follow and creatively apply SONGUN.
