ASSPUK,JISGE and UK KFA slam US-sk naval exercises

The ASSPUK, JISGE and UK KFA issued the following joint statement condemning the latest war provocation of the US imperialists and south
Korean puppets ;
                Today (16th of July) the US imperialists and south Korean puppets began naval exercises against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.  Involved in the exercises is the USS George Washington , a nuclear powered aircraft carrier as well as 2 cruisers and an Aegis ship plus south Korean puppet forces.
        They will carry out provocative war exercises in the east sea of Korea which are aimed at invading the DPRK . The holding of such exercises is an attempt to intimidate the DPRK , a state which is standing up to imperialism and holding to socialist principles. The reactionary US imperialists can never intimidate the DPRK . They are playing with fire by holding such exercises.
                                                                                                 Peace on the Korean peninsula and the Asia-Pacific region is been threatened by these reckless and precipitous exercises. They are being made at a time when the DPRK has put forward excellent peace proposals.  There are can be no doubt that the exercises of the US and south Korea are designed to throw a wet blanket over ongoing moves towards peace and improvement of inter-Korean relations.

We demand the exercises are halted at once !
