State budgetary figures released by the DPRK show that the DPRK in the
financial year 2013-2014 the DPRK had a budgetary surplus of 2.1 %
despite increasing public spending and abolishing taxation 40 years ago .
What is the situation of south Korea ? The south Korean
newspaper Hankoryeh reported that south Korean government debts had
grown to over 1 trillion dollars. A true disaster !!! South Korea faces
a worst deficit crisis than the main Western capitalist countries
