                                           The ASSPUK, JISGE and UK KFA issued the following joint statement  concerning the latest aggressive US imperialist threats to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the response of the General Staff of the Korean People's Army to these threats.
                    The US have carried out the following grave provocations on top of holding 60 day long war exercises and imposing unfair sanctions ; sending B52s to Korea , a plane large enough to bomb a whole county out of existence with conventional weapons let alone nuclear weapons, then sending B2 planes (at the cost of $2 billion dollars ! ) to carry out a simulated nuclear attack on the DPRK, the deployment of F22 stealth jets and the deployment of big aircraft
carriers to Korean waters. Now they are even moving missiles to Guam(which is
also illegally occupied by US imperialism)
                                      It is as clear as day that the US imperialists plan to plunge Korea into a nuclear holocaust  and destroy the DPRK . The U.S. imperialist reactionary  policy toward the DPRK  is aimed at encroaching upon its sovereignty and the dignity of it's supreme leadership and bring down its people-centred socialist system is being implemented through actual military actions without scruple or or hesitation.
                                 The socialist DPRK of Juche has every right to defend itself
against US imperialist aggression and encroachment. It is not the DPRK that has stationed thousands of troops many miles from its shores nor sent nuclear
submarines within miles of the US coast. Thus the stance of the revolutionary
armed forces of the DPRK as expressed in the statement of the KPA general staff is a just and correct one for defending the supreme interests of the DPRK, the Juche-based socialist system and the independence of the DPRK.
                        As the confrontation between the socialist DPRK and US imperialism sharpens it becomes ever more vital for all progressive, justice loving and anti-imperialist forces to unite behind the DPRK a country that upholds anti-imperialist independence (and is indeed the most anti US country in the world)  and genuine socialist principles . Let all progressive people rally around People's Korea without hesitation !
