ASSPUK , JISGE and UK KFA refute false UN human rights resolution

London 23nd of March Juche 102(2013) The ASSPUK, JISGE and UK KFA today issued a joint statement in support of the DPRK Foreign Ministry denouncing the unjust and false resolution adopted at  the 22nd session of the so-called "Human Rights Council " of the United Nations .                    
       This resolution proposes to set up a so-called "commission of inquiry" into the DPRK. This is not only an insult to the people-centred socialist system but another act of gross interference in the affairs of the DPRK by the UN. The UN is acting more and more like a marionette of the US imperialists and is playing the role of an anti DPRK shock brigage. This resolution along with the UNSC resolutions makes us remember how once the League of Nations( the
predecessor to the UN) was once described as being composed of "the biggest thieves, landgrabbers and exploiters which the world has ever known". We cannot but wonder whether this is true of todays UN.
       The resolution of the UN "Human Rights Council " is yet another plank in the US imperialist campaign to bring down the ideology and system chosen by the Korean people  namely the Juche -based socialist system. The resolution is the child of anti DPRK conspiracy and intrigue
                                   The  so -called "commission of enquiry" will simply be based on false materials produced by the south Korean puppets and the US imperialist CIA . Some of the so-called accounts of defectors read like third and fifth rate fiction are clearly false.  Progressive and independence loving people should never get taken in by this nonsense.
                             In today's world it is US imperialism that is the biggest violator of human rights having killed millions in wars. The US has the biggest prison population in the whole world and executes scores of people (mostly black and poor white working class) every year. The US shocked the world by imprisoning people without trial at Guantanamo bay and by organising secret rendition  flights. The south Korean puppets  who were one of the main sponsors of the resolution are also a major violator of human rights having murdered hundreds of thousands in the "Bodo league " massacre and today jail progressives and pro reunification patriots. Others sponsoring or supporting the resolution the EU, Japan and Britain all have violated human rights . Japan suppresses the rights of ethnic Koreans . Britain was responsible for the murder of civil rights protestors in the northern Irish city of Derry in 1972.  Thus the resolution is hypocritical and full of double standards.
                                                  In the DPRK the rights to work and to recieve free education and free medical care are guaranteed by law and in practice. Virtually free of charge housing is given to people. In the capitalist countries nowadays the homeless eating food from rubbish bins is not an unknown sight . It is the socialist DPRK of Juche where man's dignity is truly valued not the capitalist countries which are based on exploitation and oppression.

We strongly support the rejection by the DPRK Foreign Ministry of this threadbare scarecrow of a resolution cooked up  by the US imperialists.
    We call on the progressive peoples of the UK to join us in rejecting the so-called resolution and to smash the lies of the imperialist reactionaries against the DPRK.
