book on the DPRK by a certain "Victor Cha " is something called "The
Impossible State". The very title itself is nonsense . If a state
actually exists then it can't be impossible can it or it would not exist
? . Cha talks about "neo-Juche revivalism" but Juche was never
abandoned or downplayed by the DPRK. So the book is complete rubbish by
someone who does not know what he is talking about.
