Statement in support of the just stand of the DPRK in relationship to the nuclear question

ASSOCIATION FOR THE STUDY OF SONGUN POLITICS UK

The UK Korean Friendship Association together with the Association for the Study of Songun Politics UK and Juche Idea Study Group of England today issued the following statement on the stance of the DPRK regarding the nuclear issue as expressed by the answers given by the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il to the ITAR-TASS news agency on the 13th of October.

The great leader comrade Kim Jong Il , general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army clarified the stand of the DPRK towards the six-party talks and denuclearisation of the Korean peninsula in his answers to the Russian news agency ITAR-TASS on October 13th.

The great leader comrade Kim Jong Il explained that the nuclear issue on the Korean peninsula was caused entirely by the US and its hostile stance towards the DPRK. Thanks to the US imperialists there is a danger of war in many parts of the world including Korea. The US wants to fight a nuclear war in Korea but this could quickly develop into a global thermo-nuclear war.
The way to prevent this , as clarified by the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il, as to resume the 6 party talks without further preconditions and implement existing agreements.

We, UK KFA, ASSPUK and JISGE, believe the US must end its nuclear threat to the DPRK and pull out is nuclear weapons out of Korea as well withdrawing its armed forces and should cease its hostile policies. The US and its allies(also satellite states and puppets) claim that they want the 6-party talks to resume but make this prospect complicated by trying to create preconditions.
The stand of the DPRK as expressed by the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il is a just one based on the will for peace but also based on valuing sovereignty and the supreme interests of the nation. We support the efforts of the DPRK for denuclearisation of the Korean peninsula based on the principle of independence.

ASSPUK
