ASSPUK , BGSJI , KFA UK and BSCPRKP support press statement of DPRK Vice Foreign Minister for International Bodies

 The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK), the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea (BGSJI), the Korean Friendship Association of the UK( KFA UK) and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification on the Korean peninsula (BSCPRKP)  issued a statement in support of the press statement  of  DPRK Vice Foreign Minister for International Bodies, comrade  Kim Son Gyong, made on the 22nd of February ;

In the press statement comrade Kim Song Gyon, vice Foreign Minster of the DPRK with responsibility for international bodies slammed the remarks of the UN secretary-general who had made a song and dance about the DPRK's successful ICBM test on the 18th of February claiming that it was even ' provocative action '. This is indeed foolish cant from the chief bureaucrat of the UN.

The DPRK's missile tests are what they are tests and no one should take issue with them. It is not the business of the UN or anyone else. Moreover, the missile tests reflect the legitimate right of the DPRK to self-defence.

The UN secretary general not only singled out the DPRK for its legitimate self-defensive actions but failed to see them within the context of the threat posed to the DPRK by the US and south Korea. The UN secretary general completely overlooked the fact that the US occupies south Korea. Moreover, the US constantly threatens the DPRK by bringing in nuclear strategic assets into south Korea and by holding war exercises targeting the DPRK with south Korea. It should be mentioned that the US and south Korea plan to carry out the Freedom Shield exercises in March.

The UN is being increasingly turned into a US policy instrument with UN officials sounding like US state departments. The UN is shameful. The UN secretary general is with his foul words encouraging the US in its anti-DPRK moves.

We say 'Shame on Guterres, Shame on the UN ' . We support the call of the DPRK for the UN to act in a fair , honest and impartial manner . We also support the warning given to the UN Secretary general
