Pyongyang, September 17 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), sent a reply message to Bashar Al-Assad, president of the Syrian Arab Republic, on September 15.
Kim Jong Un, in the message, expressed deep thanks to the Syrian president for sending warm congratulations on the occasion of the 74th founding anniversary of the DPRK.
Sending support and solidarity to the just struggle of the Syrian president and people stoutly defending the sovereignty and security of the country while overcoming all difficulties and trials, he expressed conviction that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries established on the road of common struggle against imperialism will further develop. -0-
