The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK), the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE) , the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) , British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification on the Korean Peninsula (BSCPRKP) and UK Preparatory Committee for Celebrating the Day of the Sun today issued a joint statement on the occasion of the 27th anniversary of the ward of the title of Generalissimo to the great leader President KIM IL SUNG;
On the 13th of April it will be the 27th anniversary of the award of the title of Generalissimo to the great leader President KIM IL SUNG which was a manifestation of the deep respect of the Korean people.
The award of the title of Generalissimo to the great leader President KIM IL SUNG was a reflection of the immortal exploits he performed for the historic cause of Korea's liberation, and also leading the Fatherland Liberation War to victory and developing People's Korea They are paying high respect to the President who brought the rebirth to the Korean nation and provided its freedom and independence President KIM IL SUNG smashed all moves of the U.S. imperialists to ignite a war against the DPRK and defended peace on the Korean peninsula during socialist construction.
The title also reflects the fact that the great leader President KIM IL SUNG is the father of the Songun revolution.
