Pyongyang, November 4 (KCNA) -- Nowadays the U.S. is crying out for "urging the north to come out to the table for negotiating denuclearization without preconditions" while trumpeting about "solution to the north's nuclear issue through high-intensity sanctions and pressure".
Deputy State Secretary Sullivan on October 18 said that "our goal is to pressurize the north into coming out to the negotiations without preconditions" and the U.S. special representative for DPRK policy of the State Department also said that "negotiations with the north have to be sincere and trustworthy with no strings attached, if there would be any."
This is despicable red herring and the height of impudence of those who wish to justify the barbarous anti-DPRK sanctions and pressure and the moves for war of aggression even though they are politically blind men without any knowledge about the DPRK.
At the present stage where the DPRK approaches the final destination for the completion of the state nuclear force, the U.S. must drop the wild thought that the DPRK can respond to its gangster-like demand, and should not dream of the denuclearization negotiations with the DPRK, in particular.
For the DPRK, it is the irreversible and inevitable strategic option to bolster the powerful war deterrence for the defence of the country.
The DPRK already clarified its immutable stand that it will never put the nuclear deterrence for self-defence on a negotiating table nor flinch even an inch back from the path of bolstering the nuclear force as long as the U.S. hostile policy and nuclear threat toward the DPRK persist.
Even at this moment when they call for "denuclearization negotiations without preconditions", Trump and the warmongers of the U.S. military call for putting in place a "military option" and intensifying closely-cooperated pressure diplomacy along with international "siege and blockade" in a bid to lead "the north to change in its attitude" while escalating threat and blackmail against the DPRK by introducing Ronald Reagan, Nimitz and Theodore Roosevelt nuclear carrier strike groups into waters around the Korean peninsula.
The U.S. Pacific Fleet command already issued a warning order for getting ready to launch Tomahawk cruise missile to warships operational in the East Sea of Korea and in waters close to it so that they can go into action at a moment's notice, and the U.S. air force revived the round-the-clock emergency sortie system of nuclear-capable B-52 as in the Cold War era and maintains sudden strike posture as evidenced by the frequent flight of B-1B and B-2 formations to the sky above south Korea.
The U.S. is describing the just demand of the DPRK on withdrawing the anachronistic policy toward the DPRK and principled requirement pursuant to it as sort of "preconditions". This is sheer sophism little short of urging one to kneel down with fist unclenched before gangsters coming in attack.
The DPRK does not stand against dialogue but will never bargain over the issue related to the supreme interests of the country and the security of its people nor has any interest in such dialogue and negotiations.
The nuclear sword for self-defence of the DPRK which firmly guarantees the sovereignty and rights to existence and development of the nation will be more sharply whetted unless the U.S. completely repeals the hostile policy toward the DPRK.
The U.S. had better drop its foolish ambition. -0-
