ASSPUK, JISGE, UK KFA and BSCPRKP slam latest UNSC sanctions against People's Korea

The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK),the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE), , the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification of Korea (BSCPRKP) today issued a statement in support of the report of the Foreign Ministry of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea on the latest UNSC sanctions and condemning the imposition of fresh UNSC sanctions against People's Korea :
   On Monday 11th of September the UNSC passed sanctions resolution 2375 against the Democratic
People' Republic of Korea  (DPRK)which is the harshest ever sanctions resolution against the DPRK
yet and it is the ninth UNSC sanctions resolution against the DPRK since 2006. The DPRK is already the most heavily sanctioned country in the world.
   The pretext for the sanctions was the H bomb test of People's Korea at the beginning of September.However this is the legitimate and sovereign right of the DPRK to do so . As the DPRK Foreign Ministry stated "  The "resolution" was cooked by the U.S. employing all sorts of despicable and vicious means and methods. The DPRK condemns in the strongest terms and categorically rejects the UNSC "resolution 2375" on sanctions as a product of heinous provocation aimed at depriving the DPRK of its legitimate right to self-defence and completely suffocating its state and people through full-scale economic blockade."
   The UNSC session on Monday 11th was basically anti-DPRK stitch up as the south Korean puppet ambassador to the UN was allowed to be present but no representative from the DPRK was called.
     The UNSC resolution 2375 is a product of massive hypocrisy and double standards because the  US has carried out H bomb tests without having sanctions imposed. Other permanent members of the UNSC are nuclear powers , how can they object to the DPRK having nuclear weapons. Surely every member state of the UN should be treated equally, without one country being discriminated against.
  The sanctions are the most extreme yet and aim to cripple the DPRK economy . The sanctions are really 'regime change ' sanctions aimed at overthrowing the socialist system of People's Korea and restoring capitalism. The sanctions are the outcome of a conspiracy and frame up by the US imperialists , the other imperialist states , the south Korean puppets as well as sold-out traitors and revisionists, all of whom want to destroy Juche-based socialism ! We say shame on Russia and China for supporting the sanctions .
   We support the just and righteous rejection of UNSC resolution 2375 and the declaration of the 
DPRK to accelerate its nuclear programme.
