               London 19th of September Juche 104(2015)
The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK), the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE) and the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) today issued a joint statement in support of the statement of the Korean Association of Democratic Lawyers issued on the 18th of September;

The so-called proposed law on "north Korean human rights " being touted by both ruling and opposition parties in south Korea is an affront to the dignity and sovereignty  of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea . If the law it is passed it will basically institutionalise confrontation with the DPRK and legalise the idea of "regime change ", of overthrowing the socialist system of the DPRK.
           As the statement of the Korean Association of Democratic Lawyers says
correctly says "The south Korean "National Assembly's" unreasonable handling of the "issue of human rights in the north" is a wanton violation of the sovereignty and internal affairs of the DPRK. It is a serious violation of the principle of respect for other's sovereignty recognized by international law."  South Korea should not interfere in the internal affairs of the DPRK . Moreover it should look after its own human rights situation

It is truly disgraceful that the south Korean ruling and opposition politicians, who live easy and luxurious lives from the taxes paid by the south Korean people(whilst south Korean people are begging and living in slums) talk nonsense about the DPRK and fabricate laws but do nothing to help the south Korean people.

We totally support the statement of the Korean Association of Democratic Lawyers and call for support for the struggle to foil this reactionary anti-DPRL confrontational 'law'
