        The Association for the Study of Songun Politics , Juche Idea Study Group of England and UK Korean Friendship Association decided to issue a joint statement in connection with the statement of the policy department of the National Defence Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of  Korea made on Thursday 6th of February .  The statement reads as follows;
                   Our organisations, the ASSPUK , JISGE and UK KFA which supported the crucial proposals and open letter of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK  note with grave concern the situation on the Korean peninsula which has been aggravated by the ill-boding moves of the south Korean puppets and their US imperialists . The situation had been moving slowly towards the goal of relaxation of tension , inter- Korean reconciliation and reunification thanks to the patient and persevering efforts of supreme leader comrade Kim Jong Un .Recently agreement was reached on holding reunions of separated families , a deeply important question,However the US imperialists and south Korean puppets decided to derail the process.
                                                      The US imperialists have carried out a practice nuclear strike drill on the DPRK involving  nuclear capable B52 bombers over the west sea of   Korea. Haven't they learnt their lesson from last year when the Korean peninsula was brought within inches of nuclear war by this kind of reckless and deeply provocative behaviour ? What lousy rotten , stinking hypocrisy of the south Korean fascist puppets who pretend that they are for peace , that they are for reunification , when all the time they work against peace and reunification. The US imperialists are also two-faced , talking about reduction of tension and a denuclearised Korea when they are the ones who had practice drills with  nuclear bombers ! We denounce and condemn most strongly this latest provocation against against People's Korea , the land of Juche .
                  We condemn those in the imperialist media prattle about the exercises being "routine " . We wonder how some of these so-called journalists living in big mansions would like it if a nuclear primed bomber aircraft flew over their home ?
                The south Korean puppets have also slandered the supreme leadership of the DPRK in the past few weeks and spread all lies about the supreme leadership  and socialist system of the DPRK . Insults and affronts are incompatible with dialogue.
                   It is obvious to honest observers the US imperialist and other foreign munitions monopolies will lose out if tension is relaxed in Korea and the south Korean puppets will also not be able to use the so called "threat from the north " to distract attention from internal problems.

  We fully support the principled stand of the DPRK expressed in the statement of the Policy department of the DPRK NDC. We demand that the forthcoming  anti -DPRK war exercises are scrapped !
