Victory of Socialism Is Inevitability of History: Rodong Sinmun

Pyongyang, November 11 (KCNA) -- It is an inevitability of history that socialism is sure to triumph.
Rodong Sinmun Sunday says this in a bylined article.
Socialism is sure to triumph as it embodies the idea of the people, the article notes, and goes on:
It realizes the cherished desire of the popular masses to lead a peaceful and happy life in the society free from exploitation, oppression, domination and subjugation and guarantees their independent rights and dignity. It also realizes their ardent wish to conduct brisk creative activities to meet their independent requirements.
Only when they advance along the road of socialism, can they put an end to the unreasonable social relations which allow exploitation, oppression, domination and subjugation and fully realize their sovereignty.
Capitalism serves a tiny handful of monopolistic conglomerates, not the popular masses.
It panders to an unlimited greed of a tiny handful of monopolistic plutocrats, bringing social contradictions to extremes.
The workers are engaged in technical and mental labor in the developed capitalist countries at present, but they are still subject to exploitation and oppression by the capitalists.
That is why they harbor antipathy towards the capitalist society and wish to live independently free from domination of capital.
Not only jobless people but those workers having jobs and middle classes doing business with certain properties are turning out in demonstrations in the U.S. and other Western counties. This reality indicates that capitalism faces opposition and rebuff from broader popular masses.
The day will surely come when socialism, representing and guaranteeing the future of mankind, will triumph worldwide. -0-
