To the Korea People,
We, as the Korea Friendship Association, have learned with great sorrow the death of Kim Jong Il, the national leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. We condole with the Korea people with our friendship and solidarity feelings.
The death of the DPRK's General Secretary of the Worker's Party of Korea, Chairman of the National Defense Commission, Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army Kim Jong Il is a great loss for the progressive world and the oppressed nations.
He, the Dear Leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, which is a symbol of the resistance against imperialism, the comrade of all anti-imperialists and oppressed nations, was an honourable President of the state, who kept his country independent and hold its head high.
As the Korea Friendship Association, we believe, as we did in the past, that the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the Korea people will achieve their goal of peacefully reuniting the two Koreas and that it will continue its struggle against the American imperialism and we announce that we will stand by the Korea people in this struggle.
