All sorts of people,some even clamiing to be "left wing" or socialist and communists criticise the DPRK political system.It is actually the most stable country in the whole world.Society in like the human body and the leader is the brain of society.You cannot have a body without a brain.
The experience of other socialist countries has proved that the DPRK is ahead of all of them and is indeed the model of socialism.Moreover it has survived unlike many socialist countries.
Recently someone was discussing the former People's Democratic Republic of Yemen and
said how its leader was assaninated and replaced by another one.Many socialist countries have fallen victime to factionalism,intrigue and in fighting.After J V Stalin died in the Soviet union,leaders of the CPSU fought each other for position as no successor had been named.Beria fall victim to this.Later Malenkov and Kaganovich was toppled from power by Khrushov and denounced unfavourably as anti party group.Khruschov turned the CPSU to the right and epoused modern revisonism.He too was ironically removed by intrigue by Brezhnev.When Brezhnev died and his successors Andropov and Chernenko died ,Romanov(who some thought would lead the USSR) lost the power struggle to Gorbachov and the rest is history.The Chinese Communist Party throughout its history swung from left to right.It went through the turmoil of the "Cultural Revolution".After Mao's death there was the debacle of the "Gang of Four",the ousting of Hua Guo Feng and later the general secretary of the CPC himself Hu Yaobang getting dismissed.Albania was proclaimed itself the only socialist state in the world but went through abnormal twists and turns with the mysterious liquidation of Mehmet Sehnu.Hoxha's later successor Ramiz Alia introduced perestrioika into Albania and socialism there collapsed.
The capitalist countries and third world countries are swept by unrest and chaos.In the middle east different rulers had the people turn against them.The capitalist countries are rent by intense contradictions such a big gap between the rich and the poor and unrest has broken out in some of them as they try to impose "austerity" measures on the people.
In contrast the DPRK is most stable knowing no social conflict or unrest.The atmosphere is calm and indeed Korea is renown as the "land of the morning calm".Visting the DPRK you can the impression of tranquillity and harmony.Crime is so low as to be virtually non existent.The people and army work side by side.Everyone is united by the Juche idea and the Songun idea and the leadership of the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il and the Workers Party of Korea
Long ago the great leader President Kim Il Sung wisely saw the harm caused by factionalism and fought in hard in the period of the anti Japanese armed struggle,the period of the great victorious Fatherland Liberation War and during the socialist construction.Factionalism was defeated in the DPRK and WPK and rooted out completely.Even the US imperialists were forced to admit in their reactionary propaganda mouthpiece "Problems of Communism" that the Workers Party of Korea is totally united ,knowing "no internal dissenion or cynicism" unlike the other socialist countries. In the DPRK when the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung passed away in 1994,leader Kim Jong Il did not succed immediately to the post of general secretary but was elected
3 years later.In fact he had been leading the Korean revolution from the early 1960s and was acclaimed as successor to the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung in 1974 and elected as secretary for organisation and a member of the Presidium of the Political bureau of the WPK.Later he became supreme commander of the Korean People's Army and chairman of the National Defence Commission in the 1990s.There was no need at all when the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung passed away for an immediate election of the general secretary of the WPK or the President of the DPRK because the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il was already acclaimed by the consent of the people as the people's leader and the dear leader.The DPRK do not know the unseemly and undignified scramble for power that occurred in some socialist countries and in capitalist countries when a leader passes away.
The DPRK has shown by it solved smoothly the issue of political leadership and the issue of succession.It is a society in which the masses,army,party and leader form a harmonious and integral.It is based on Single hearted unity.Everyone is united solidly around the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il and the WPK in a single heart and a single mind.It knows no confusion,instablity or disorder,it is unique in the world.It is an outstanding example to the international communist movement.Rather than disparage the DPRK leftists and communists should acclaim it as a great model of socialism.Led by the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il and based on Juche and Songun the DPRK will win greater victories
